WHY NOW?
The purpose of the working group is to develop CCD's impact model and a corresponding monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) framework for CCD's country-level networks as well as a suggested framework for collaborations implemented by CCD members.

UPDATES
The working group worked with CCD's monitoring and evaluation consultant to prepare recommendations for a MEAL framework and impact model that was presented to CCD's Executive Committee for review and input. Updates coming soon.
