CCD is a network of 14 of the largest international NGOs that operate in every global humanitarian crisis that provides cash programming.

Our members are dedicated to making the humanitarian sphere more collaborative and efficient in how it operates while scaling the use of cash programming globally in locally appropriate ways. To do this, they are working to bring together the best available cash actors in a given context into adaptive partnerships focused on delivering more timely and impactful cash and voucher assistance (CVA) to people affected by crises.
